Springing forth from the ashes, this beautiful symbol of immortality and resurrection readies himself to once again sing of purity, peace, and eventual triumph over adversity. I wanted to capture the beginning and end in the cycle, so the creature is still young in development, just before the first full flight. Soon, the breast will fill in!
